Movement · Strength · Longevity

Training you can do
for the rest of your life.

Coaching built around joint health, mobility and progressive strength — the three things that still matter in thirty years. No twelve-week transformations, no burnout programmes.

The four paths

Start where you actually are.

Most people arrive knowing which of these is their problem. Pick the one you would say out loud — the programme covers all four regardless, but the first block is built around the one you choose.

Methodology

What the coaching actually consists of.

In the room

Coaching happens where the training happens.

Method

Evidence where it exists. Honesty where it does not.

Progressive overload, sufficient protein and enough sleep account for most of the result. Everything past that is a rounding error sold at a premium. When the research is genuinely unsettled, you get told it is unsettled.

No group classes, no shared programme templates.

Assessment

90minutes

Movement screen, history and a first loaded session.

I have never once been asked to help someone peak for a photoshoot and then keep it. I get asked to help people still carry their own shopping at eighty. Those are different programmes.

How it works

Three stages, then it is yours.

The sequence is the same for everyone. What changes is how long you spend in stage two — which is decided by the assessment, not by a package length.

  1. 01

    Assess

Ninety minutes: injury and training history, a four-joint movement screen, and a first loaded session so the assessment is made against real weight rather than against an empty bar.

You leave withA written screen with your actual starting positions

  2. 02

    Build foundations

The first block trains the patterns the screen says you do not yet own, at loads you can repeat. Nothing here is impressive. It is the part that makes years three through thirty possible.

You leave withA twelve-week block you can execute without a coach in the room

  3. 03

    Progress

Load goes up on the smallest ladder that still works, reassessed quarterly. Blocks change as your decade changes. Over time the coaching thins out — by design.

You leave withA training practice that outlasts the coaching relationship
